Return Policy

At White Dove Global, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at office@whitedoveglobal.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7 days, and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
