We will ship your system in approximately 6 weeks from the time your payment has been completed. This delivery schedule based on the multiple tasks we need to accomplish before shipment, including:
- Proper account/device set-up and registration
- Computer assembly and configuration (if ordered with your package)
- Software installation and activation
We make sure that everything is completed and fully tested before we ship, so you will be able to easily plug it in, connect the components, turn it on, and focus on your training. You will be receiving two separate boxes. One containing the Biofeedback System and one safely containing your computer.
Packages are:
1) The Pro Eductor Hardware (head harness, limb harness, usb cable, test plate, carrying bag and other misc. items)
2) The Laptop computer box
Due to the shipping industry requirements surrounding computers, we want your computer box to be visibly recognized as such, so it is handled with care.
We recognize the importance of the healthy relationship between hardware (the Pro Eductor) and EDUCTOR64 software. We are committed to maintaining clear communications and expectations surrounding past, current and future software versions and updates between the manufacture and end user.
- Future software activation fees will be at your cost unless otherwise included in your custom Purchase Package thru WDGM or needed in a rectifying a re-installation due to computer hardware issues. ie: Computer is no longer functioning.
- All future new versions and service pack updates for the Eductor64 and BIG software will be offered through the software manufacturer and are subject to charge.
- For multiple computer activations, please refer to the Software Price List.
Many practitioners will purchase an additional computer, or use an existing computer for a back-up in case your primary computer runs into a problem that may not have a quick solution or fix. Although this is a good recommendation, it is not necessary.
If you do have an existing computer (laptop or desktop), or would like to purchase one from any third party retail supplier, please make note of the minimum and recommended computer specifications below. This will ensure your EDUCTOR64 software will run optimally.

In support of the Pro Eductor’s Class 2 Medical Device Registration Status, all Education and Training is required to be sold separately from the sales of the technology. This relationship enables a healthy “separation of church and state” (sales and training) while offering you the best opportunity to establish a direct relationship with the Provider of Information of your choice.

- General Computer Maintenance (Windows updates, Driver updates and software installation or upgrades)
- TeamViewer meetings - Just turn on your computer and connect to the Internet before your scheduled appointment and let us do the rest!
- Access to U.S.-based certified technicians 5 days per week Monday - Friday
- Scheduling by appointment or next available technician on the same day or next business day
- Plan covers service for 1 computer and cannot be switched among multiple computers
- Up to 10 support sessions with a maximum session limit of 2 hours can be used in one year.
- Additional hours of service beyond plan coverage are provided at only $50 per 30 minutes.
- After hours appointments may be available on a per case basis at the premium rate of $95 per 30 minutes.
- 1 year service agreement required at time of purchase and signing of the Biofeedback Sales Agreement
- Your 1 year Technical Support Package will start upon the placement (delivery date) of your Biofeedback System.
- We work with White Dove Healing Arts as our secondary provider of navigational support.
